About the Seminar

 2. Learn a framework for identifying and valuing the foundational voices of their team members to create effective communication within the organization.

 3. Learn how to communicate clarity throughout the organization with a well-designed meeting structure and rules of engagement.

 4. Learn how to identify the stumbling blocks for each of the voices on your team and the rules of engagement when overcoming those challenges.
